Role Description
This is a full-time sales position based in the Virginia Beach, VA Area. The Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and managing sales processes. Daily tasks include meeting with potential customers, providing product presentations, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with the customer service and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing business.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to close deals
- Experience in Sales Management and Training would be beneficial
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience prospecting commercial companies; in person meetings with decision makers in addition to the phone/ email outreach.
- Familiarity of commercial roofing systems and services, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing, preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
